The Center for
Masculine Development
Charlotte, NC
To achieve his greatest potential, a man must immerse himself in the company of other great men.
The Center for Masculine Development offers resources, coaching, and group experiences to support men with stepping more fully into their masculine potential as leaders, fathers, lovers, and men of influence in the world.
Come Join Us:
Book Club
Every Monday we gather to engage in thought-provoking discussion about relationships and modern masculinity. Come join us as we learn, share, and expand on minds about what it means to step more fully into masculine presence and leadership.
Breakfast Club
Join us for our monthly breakfast club at Midtown Cafe! It's a great opportunity for men to come together, enjoy a casual meal before work, and build closer personal relationships with other members of the brotherhood.
Men’s Retreats
We believe in the power of brotherhood, growth, and transformation. Our quarterly men's retreats are designed to be a haven for men seeking to elevate their personal and professional success. Through a blend of outdoor activities, workshops, and meaningful discussions, attendees have the chance to establish deep connections, acquire new skills, undergo transformative experiences, and discover their untapped potential.
Workshops
Join our private Facebook group for detailed information about all upcoming events, to connect with other members of the brotherhood, and to gain access to lists of our favorite personal development resources. Joining is free, simply click the button below to request access.
Men’s Circle
Join us for our monthly men's circle where you will connect with other men, find support, and grow together in a safe and understanding environment. Whether you're looking for camaraderie, guidance, or simply new friendships, our men's circle provides a space to share, learn, and support one another on the journey towards unlocking our fullest potential.
“Choose men friends who themselves are living at their edge, facing their fears and living just byond them. Men of this kind can love you without protecting you from the necessary confrontation with reality that your life involves. You should be able to trust that these friends will tell you about your life as they see it, offer you a specific action which will shed light on your own position, and give you the support necessary to live in the freedom just beyond your edge, which is not always, or even usually, comfortable.”
— David Deida, The Way of the Superior Man
